TAMPA BAY AM TOUR INFORMATION?
The Tampa Bay Am Tour is the amateur golf tour in the Tampa Bay area. The mission of the Tour is to provide the most professional Tour and tournament experience to players comparable to that of the PGA TOUR.

We utilize USGA handicapping to make each event competitive for all who play. Handicaps range from 0 to 35. Talent is not as important as maintaining pace of play.

Withdrawal from any tournament must be done seven (7) days prior to the tournament otherwise there can be no refund. Any Tour Player that has registered for an event and does not show will forfeit his/her registration fee and may have his/her player privileges revoked for future events. In event of a medical emergency, a refund may be made with the permission of a Tour Director.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR MEMBERSHIP?
Membership to the Tampa Bay Am Tour is open to all amateur golfers. Upon registration, an established, verifiable USGA handicap index is required.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO PLAY IN EACH TOURNAMENT?
The entry fee for each Tour event is based on our best negotiated rate with the course plus $25 to the tournament purse. $20 is completely paid back to the winners, tour champion, and invitational champion. The $5 will cover website, necessary materials, end of year get-together, and prizes. We usually have 20-32 players per event.
